How much do you charge to manage my property?
One single fee: 20% of the rental income your property earns, plus VAT. No bookings, no fee.
What does management include?
Professional photography, listing on Airbnb, Booking, VRBO and our website with synchronised calendars, daily dynamic pricing, booking and payment management, 24/7 guest support and emergencies, check-in and check-out, coordination of cleaning and laundry, and a monthly report.
What is not included?
Maintenance, gardening and property supervision are not included in the fee.
Who pays for cleaning?
The guest. That amount goes entirely to the cleaning service for each booking.
How much could my property earn?

Do I need a tourist licence?
